My overall feeling about Uptown Imports is that John, James and the rest of the guys really do care. They understand that their customers may be skeptical of mechanics. They are honest and want to do the best job they possibly can. We bought our car used a month prior to having our CV boots rip and had to replace both our front axles. John and James explained exactly why and took us under the car to help us better understand. They had troubles so they kept the car over the weekend and gave us a car to borrow and had the car ready as soon as possible.
