Being a woman, most other places I have taken my care increased their prices unnecessarily simply because of my lack of knowledge of my vehicle. John and his crew have the honesty that a shop should have. It doesn't matter who works on my car, I have extreme confidence that the work will be done as needed. They do work as a team. I was very surprised and delighted when I brought my car in for engine problems, not only did he fix the problem, but also fixed the handle on my door, free of charge. Another time the mechanics had a difficult time locating the problem with my car, they pursued it relentlessly until it was solved without extra charges. I live on a small farm in Wisconsin and put lots of miles on my truck. This puts a toll on it. It's reassuring to know that John and his crew know how important it is for me to drive a safe vehicle.
